What We Sow
Gal 6: 7
How often do we think we are trying to correct a situation and what we are really doing is venting and criticizing? Most of us would not like to fact the truth about that statement, but everyone of us needs to stop and think about our actions. If we are being critical, then in time we may also experience receiving criticism.
Take this a step further, if we are experiencing criticism, then it is possible that we may have been critical at something. Gal 6 vs 7 says Âfor whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Being critical sows criticism.
God knows what we have sown. If we have sown wrong things, we do have help. First, we need to ask the Lord for forgiveness, then we need to ask God to help us set things right.
Consider this prayer, ÂFather, There are times that I have been critical and not realized it. I ask for forgiveness and I need your help to set things right. In Jesus Name, Amen.Â
